Located strategically close to our extrusion unit, this facility focuses on elevating the value of our aluminium profiles. Through advanced surface treatments and intricate fabrication and advanced machining processes, we ensure our aluminium products aren't just functional, but aesthetically superior.

Advanced Aluminium Extrusion Unit
Premises: A state-of-the-art facility covering 43,000 sq. feet, uniquely consolidating Foundry and Extrusion capabilities under a single roof.
In-house Foundry: Equipped with contemporary melting furnaces and hot-top casting technology. We have the capacity to produce 7500MT annually, ensuring all types of Aluminium alloys meet international standards.
Extrusion Capabilities: Boasting two advanced aluminium extrusion presses of 1100 tonnage, complete with fully automated PLC control systems. Our plant produces 6000MT annually of superior aluminium extrusion profiles, measuring up to 130mm CCD.
Versatile Casting Abilities: Our infrastructure enables casting of items across a range of sizes, expertly handling both high-volume and low-volume orders.
Die Shop Facility: An invaluable addition to our unit, the Die Shop crafts both standard and bespoke dies. Furnished with the latest machinery, this facility ensures precision and customization, accommodating diverse client requirements with unparalleled efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Leveraging modern equipment, our team ensures each aluminium batch aligns with global standards, monitoring the process from raw materials to the finished product.
Surface Treatment & Fabrication Unit
Premises: An intelligently designed facility spanning 67,000 sq. feet, emphasizing effective utilization of vertical space.
Anodizing Capabilities: Our 6-meter length anodizing bath tanks can provide up to 25 microns of coating. Additionally, our electrostatic coloring tanks offer various shades and finishes.
Powder Coating: Our on-site powder coating booth, accompanied by a 6-meter length curing furnace, can replicate all RAL colors using polyester and non-polyester powders, ensuring top-tier aesthetic value.
Sublimation Process: State-of-the-art machinery that imparts a realistic wooden appearance to aluminium profiles.
Polishing and Sandblasting: Experience a novel aesthetic with our high-standard polishing machines and cutting-edge sandblasting technology.
Machining & Fabrication: With a suite of upgraded and technologically advanced machinery, we proudly offer comprehensive machining and fabrication solutions to our esteemed customers.
Quality Checks: Our processes are closely overseen. We use advanced tools for evaluating coating thickness, adhesion, and finish. Each product, from sublimation to polishing, undergoes rigorous inspections to guarantee uniformity and durability.
